Currently, FCA verification is only available to FCA members that have registered as Real Estate Agents and have upgraded to a premium FCA account. Once upgraded, a users must obtain a profile search score of atleast 200. This can be achieved through networking and utilizing all of the FCA features.
Once a user's search score reaches 200, a verification will automatically be triggered and we will check to see if the professional meets the verification requirements.
When a user upgrades to a premium account, they will receive one complimentary FCA tap business card. FCA cards have a built in chip that allow users to quickly provide a digital business card including contact information and a personalized message to others by simply tapping and holding the card against a phone or tablet. The user will then be presented with three options:
1) Add the cardholder to the contacts in their phone
2) Learn more about the cardholder by visiting their FCA profile
3) Send the cardholder their contact information.
FCA Cards are activated once a user upgrades to a premium account. The cards remain active until the user cancels their subscription.
As an alternative, the QR code can be used to provide the digital business card. Have the client open their camera and point to the QR code. They will be prompted to open the link to the digital card and can then save the information in their contact list on their phone.
We have made this as easy as possible for users with premium accounts. The contact information provided on the digital contact card is all taken directly from your FCA profile. This includes: profile picture, name, title, phone number, email, brokerage, employer, website and brokerage website. When you update your FCA profile, your FCA card is automatically updated!
Users can also add a custom message to their contact card that will appear in the notes section when saved. The message can include a link to a listing, spec sheet or any other external url.
You can access the date and time of every card tap both in the last 30 days and since receiving the card by visting the "Offline Networking" section on your FCA profile.
You will also be provided with a list of FCA members that you have met in person. These members will be separated into two lists showing members that you have as contacts on FCA and members that are not currently in your contact list.
When the FCA Card is tapped, the client will have the option to provide their contact information to the cardholder by filling out a short form. When the form is submitted, the cardholder will be notified via email and can access the contact information and any message provided by visiting the "FCA Card" section on their profile. Cardholders will also find a link to quickly add the client's information to the contacts in their phone.
The FCA card uses NFC technology to transfer information from the card to a user's phone. Most newer phones have this feature automatically enabled. In some older phones or phones or phones that have not been updated, this feature will need to be enabled in settings. The QR code can always be used as an alternative to tapping.

Client FCA Cards are great tool to promote and track referrals from clients. Client cards are programmed just like a personal FCA card and when tapped offer the user the following options: add the FCA professional to their contacts, provide a referral's contact information, visit the FCA professional's profile, and access the FCA perks page.
There are a few additional features that are slightly different from an FCA professional's personal card:
1) The note added to the card is displayed both when the card is tapped and in the notes on the contact card when it is added to a user's contacts in their phone.
2) An additional FCA professional can be added to a client card. This allows the purchaser to co-promote themselves with another FCA professional and share the cost. - Premium Feature
Clients can enjoy all the FCA perks by presenting their card. The client's name will appear on the card when tapped so what the perks partner may validate the cardholder.
When you are added to a client card that has been activated by another FCA professional, you will not be able to edit the note on the card, but you will be able to preview and track the card's usage from your FCA profile.
We have made this as easy as possible! The contact information provided on the digital contact card is all taken directly from your FCA profile. This includes: profile picture, name, title, phone number, email, brokerage, employer, website and brokerage website. When you update your FCA profile, your FCA cards are automatically updated!
Only members that have earned the FCA shield can create and manage a team. The team lead will be responsible for adding a team logo, description, and inviting and removing members.
Professionals can only join one team at a time. They must first receive an invite from the team lead. All team invites are available in the "Teams" section on a professional's profile. The "Accept" invitation and "Leave Team" buttons can also be found in this section.
Only verified FCA professionals can contribute to a team's statistics. Team totals will be tabulated from the verified achievements of their members. These statistics will be used in the future to rank teams on the team search page.
FCA cardholders can enjoy perks provided by our partners. We will be continually adding additional perks and promotions, so please check back regularily.
FCA professionals can share the perks below with a client by purchasing an FCA client card from their profile. FCA client cards act as both a preks card as well as a fantastic referral tool.
Please ensure you have your ACTIVE FCA card with you. The perks partner will tap/scan the card to verify it is active.
For each perk, we have provided the contact name who is in charge of the program. Please do not hesitate to reach out to FCA for any additional questions or concerns.
Professionals can use their board to post annnouncements to their contacts or all other users. Users can post a new board once every 24 hours. When a new board is posted it will appear in the feed section that can be accessed using the link at the top of each page.
Examples include: A new listing, a new acheivement, an upcoming event, a fundraiser, etc.
You can initiate an introduction between two of your contacts by simply clicking the "Provide an Introduction" button. Select the two contacts you would like to introduce, add a message, and click submit.
They will each receive an email informing them that you would like to introduce them to one another. The request will then show up on their profiles in the introduction section under "Received".
The search score and rankings section is only available to users who have upgrade to a premium account.
Users will be able to see where they rank in their city as well as nationally among all other users that are registered on FCA. Ranking will also be given for the industry chosen during registration.
Users can view their search score as well as charts showing how they compare to the top search scores in their location and across the country. Search scores are used to determine the order of search results.
Search scores and rankings can be improved through networking and making use of the many FCA features. Search scores are only updated when a user visits their FCA profile. Scores are recalculated using our algorithm no more that once per day.
Verification is only currently availble to those users registered with a Real Estate Agent account. It will be available to others in the future. FCA will automatically proceed with user verification when they have achieved a search score of atleast 200. Once verified, the FCA shield will appear in both search results and on a user's FCA profile.
We use our matching algorithm to search and locate other FCA users that are looking to connect with professionals like yourself. Suggested contacts are updated regularily so make sure to visit your FCA profile.
With a basic account, we will provide you with 3 suggested matches per week.
With an FCA Premium account, you can access all of your suggested matches. These are updated in real time, so as new members join, your matches will be updated.
Please ensure that the desired connections section on your FCA profile is up to date. This will help us with out with our search and ensure that the suggestions we make are the most relevant to you.
Profile statistics are automatically updated in real time. Some profile satistics are available to all users, while others are only available to premium accountholders. Statistics are provided for both the last 30 days and since joining FCA.
The number of users that visit your profile. If a user visits your profile multiple times, they could be counted more than once towards the total visitors. There is however a time that must pass before they will be counted for a second time. This will include both registered users and those that are just browsing the site.
The number of unique users that visit your profile. A user is only counted once regardless of how many times they visit your profile. This will include both registered users and those that are just browsing the site.
The total number of recommendations you have received from both clients and other professionals. This can also be seen in the recommendation section on a user's profile.
The number of users, both clients and industry professionals that have added you to their contacts list. This section is only available to premium subscribers. Names and profiles will be visible for you to access.
The total number of Real Estate Agents that have visited your profile. This will only count users who have registered for an Agent account and are logged in. This section is only available to premium subscribers. Names and profiles will be visible for you to access.
The total number of professionals that have visited your profile (exluding real estate agents). This will only count users who have registered for a professional account and are logged in. This section is only available to premium subscribers. Names and profiles will be visible for you to access.
The total number of Clients that have visited your profile. This will count users who have registered for a Client account and are logged in as well as users who are just browsing the site. This section is only available to premium subscribers. Geographic breakdown as well as other stats will be available when applicable.
The Contacts section is broken down by Industry. Within each section you will be able to search, invite, review, add and delete contacts. The idea is to have all of your important business contacts all in one place.
To find professional contacts to add to your contact list, simply search using the search page. When you visit an user's profile, you will see a button to add them to your contact list directly below their profile picture.
You can remove a user from your contacts in one of two ways. The first option is to visit the contact section on your profile page and click the "x" next to the user's name. The second option is to visit the user's profile page and click the "remove contact" button found under their profile picture.
Users receive a notification when they have been added to or removed from your contact list.
1. This section is used to provide positive recommendations for FCA Professionals. If you have a complaint, please visit the link at the bottom of each page.
2. Recommendations must be truthful and accurate. Leaving false or miss-leading recommendations can lead to account suspension.
3. Clients, Industry Professionals and Real Estate Agents can all leave recommendations.
4. You can provide multiple recommendations for an FCA professional, however you must wait 30 days in between.
5. Recommendations can be edited or removed at any time by the author.
6. FCA Professionals can not remove recommendations that they have received.
This type of recommendation is meant for anyone who is currently or has been a client of an FCA professional at any time. To leave this type of receommendation you must be registered and logged in with a client account.

Each Professional Profile has a QR code. This is a great tool that can be used to link directly to a profile if using a URL is too long. A professional or client can simply add it to any marketing material and a customer will be directed to their FCA Profile.
